At Soul Harmony, I don’t just use my tools to heal what hurts and guide you through what you don’t understand. I walk with you every step of the way, and ensure you have the knowledge that you need to understand the situations you have endured, as well as the things you have yet to experience. Every soul is unique, every wound personal, and every path to healing sacred. Your story, your pain, your journey is unlike anyone else’s, and you deserve support that honors that.

I meet you where you are with compassion, depth, and faith. Faith that with all the information you can shape your life. Almost all of your life is what happens to you, not what you have caused. I will show you how to understand what happened to you and navigate it in a healthy way. The things you chose, the things you caused-they do not have only produce guilt. I will walk you through why it happened, and how to keep it from happening again. Whether you’re carrying trauma, navigating soul loss, seeking clarity, or simply aching to feel whole again-my role isn’t to tell you what to feel, how to change, or what to do. I will walk with you through the pain and memories. I will witness you, and guide you as you return to your whole, and unbroken self.

I will not force your healing; I will teach you to hold space for it. This work isn’t about bypassing the hard stuff-it’s about navigating through it gently yet powerfully. Whether it be healing, soul contracts, or self-discovery, I tailor every session to your specific energy, story, and needs.

If you are ready to stop patching the things that hurt, and begin true, soul-level transformation-welcome. You’ve found the right place.

Meet the Soul Behind Soul Harmony

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m a Soul Coach, Hypnotherapist, Healer-but more than that, I’m a wife, a mom, a Memaw, a writer, a feeler of deep things. I drink my coffee slow when I can, and I’ve lived through storms I don’t always talk about. I know what it’s like to carry guilt all because I didn’t know better. I thought guilt meant I was sorry, I didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to be lifelong. I know what it’s like to feel numb, overwhelmed, or unsure where to even begin. My healing came slowly-in quiet moments, in the middle of breakdowns, in the questions I was too afraid to ask. I’m here because I have unraveled. I dove deep into healing. That shaped me, and I rebuilt. And I’ve learned that healing doesn’t mean perfection.

Now, I live more gently. I trust more deeply. And I offer my work-my sessions, my words, my knowledge-not as someone above you, but as someone beside you.

This didn’t begin with certifications or credentials. It began with me, trying to figure it out. I gained a lot of knowledge I have now-for myself. But I felt a deep, undeniable pull to help others reconnect with who they are behind everything that they have been through.
